My year so far has been very Maine filled...

saw they three days in a row the weekend of bamboozle, then again on may 6th in northampton

last week, me and my friend had the bright idea to take a train from boston to portland maine to see them play at the qport fest

we got there at 11:15, music was supposed to start at 12, didnt start till 1:30, the maine went on at 1:50, our train back to boston was SUPPOSED to leave at 3, we took a cab back to the train station on 2:20, which got us there at 2:30, and THE TRAIN HAD ALREADY LEFT US!!!

so we went back to the festival and decided we'd find a way to get home some how, but we're just gonna enjoy ourselves for now, so we went and talked to the guys and all that, then took a seat in the dunks that was across the street, and tried to figure out a way back home

i only had $20 left cause i spent all my money getting there

so i found a bus company that had a bus back to boston at 6, getting there at 7:55
tickets: $22

now, i still live on the OPPOSITE, side of massachusetts from boston, so I also had to find a way back there, the communter rail back to worcester left at 6 -__-

the next one wasnt until 11, and this was a sunday night! that couldnt happen

so i called up my mom, and she said she'd come pick me up in boston, and told me just to find somewhere to stay in boston until she can come get me

so i get to boston at 8, and my mom had taken my little sister to a ke$ha concert in springfield mass, which is even further away from boston then my house, and the concert didnt end till 8, but there was so much traffic leaving six flags, that she didnt even get to leave there until 9

so she drove the hour home to drop off my sister, then the hour and a half drive to boston to come pick me up

turns out, this was also the night of the nba finals or w/e at the garden in boston

when she fiinally got to boston... traffic was like a parking lot on the mass pike...

fun times....
