Almost over...
Hello everyone it's Pat here, Sitting on the bus in Austin Texas getting ready for the show today. We head home tomorrow for a few hours so I am looking forward to that but I am really bummed that this tour is almost over. It has been hands down the best tour I have ever been on. We were supposed to get a video update up today that would show you guys some more behind the scenes stuff about what has been making this tour such a great experience for us but something happened to Dirks computer so it is going to be a little bit until the video is up. We only have 7 shows to go, I remember the first show of the tour like it was yesterday I just wish this tour could never end. We have lots of exciting stuff coming up in the future so I guess it will be good to get off the tour and get everything ready for all that stuff. In a few weeks we will be releasing some pretty sweet versions of songs off Black and White for free. So look out for that.
Who is excited for the next tour in the fall?? I know I am. Tickets will be on sale August 20th and your going to want to get them pretty fast I have a feeling some of the shows will sell out fast. Hope all is well

You boys cant imagine
what an impact your music has made on my life. I went to the show on Saturday in Ft lauderdale FL and seeing you guys preform was one of the best things that has happened all summer. I have seen you boys many times live but never like this. You seem like such a happy person Pat and saturday was one of the toughest days of my life, but fortunately I was able to go to the show and made my day so much better. I always look at boys like you in bands and having such a fortunate life but knowing that you boys can stay so humble and so involved makes me so happy. And on top of the fact that I was having a bad day they made me throw out my purse cus it was too big to bring in to the venue. and then they said I cant bring in my camera but YOU heard my problem and just the fact that you took the time out to listen and to actually care meant the world to me. YOU were the reason I got in to the concert on saturday you helped me and you dont understand how much that helped me even though it was a little detail I was really just about to give up on everything cus i didnt think my day could get any worse. I love you Pat and I want to thank you for letting me know a part of your guys' life by your music. One day I am going to become a big time photographer and shoot you boys, you'll see ;) Love you!

Hey Pat,
I just wanted to let you know that I was at your show in Houston last night. It was really great! I love how you play the drums! I actually played snare and bass drum in the drumline all through out high school so I love the drums:) And being drummer I came to realize how much people who aren't drummers don't appreciate the talent it takes and all the drummer jokes that go along with it. One of my favorite's is "How do you tell if a drummer is at the door?" "His knocking speeds up" I just would really like to know why tempo is always blamed on the drummers haha. :)
I'm sorry that you're bummed about the tour coming to an end. I bet it was a really great experience for you and the band though. I have never been so into a band before as I am with you guys. I love all of your music because it sounds so original and always put me in a good mood. I also appreciate the fact that y'all incorperate such a great deal of talent and musicianship into all of the music.
