Concert Countdown; Day 67

Hey, so i decided to make kind of a countdown of how many days The Maine has until they come to Arlington Texas :)
Honestly i don’t care if anybody but me sees this, or even if anyone but me knows about this, im doing this for my own benefit and my own satisfaction, and it gives me something to do.
Well since this is my first entry i guess i will say things like:
Today is Tuesday May 18, 2010 I live in a city just outside of Dallas, TX. If you’re wondering we do not wear cowboy boots, or even cowboy hats. Hahah and F.Y.I I don’t own a horse, I’m actually quite scared of them. 67 days sounds so far away, but it will come so fast. I am 14 years old, and I’m in eighth grade. I have brown eyes, dark brown curly hair and people think its black, that's fine, think whatever you want, and it’s America, a free country. Today i listened to everything i ask for, and I must be dreaming by the Maine. This time when i listened to them i didn't listen to them on my IPod, i googled them, i have no clue why, or even how, but somehow i zoned out and typed it in on Google. Well i guess it was a good thing because when i listened to them i heard them from a different perspective, not a girl who loves the Maine and would die to see them live at six flags over Texas, or a girl who would DIE to meet the members of the band. But i heard it from a perspective that i don't know how to explain. It just sounded different, when you hear the voice of John without any cover up, or you hear Jared's guitar playing a soothing rhythmic beat that flows with John's voice you get something different out of the song. You get the meaning, what it really is what it really means, what they are thinking of when they play this song, and make this song for us. That perspective meant a lot to me, it may have been the scenery in the background that made what it was too. The fact that they are just two people playing beautiful music in a park where so many things happen. People go to that park because it is a place for them to calm down at or i don’t know >.< I’m kind of just rambling on how the song touched me in acoustic and i think that i may be over thinking them playing in acoustic because when i read the comments to the video they were just the usual "john ohh is everything i ask for" or "the tattoo on his chest makes me love him more" when i read those i was thinking, "wow, i think i am just over thinking this... 13-16 year olds wrote those comments and I’m 14 and here i am making some spheal about what i think of" well i have to go do some homework :/ and yeah, but luckily there are only like 10 days of school left and 67 until the Maine comes to Arlington. ;]
