Taking A Risk.

I was reading my horoscope on Google this morning because I was bored, and it said that I should take a "calculated risk" today. The way I see it, if it's calculated, that doesn't really make it a risk, does it? A risk is defined as "a venture undertaken without regard to possible loss or injury". Looking closely, you see that the key words there are 'without regard'. If you are weighing out the positives and negatives of your possible actions (calculating) them, then you are no longer doing something without regard. Because, really, you have been regarding what will happen.

At least, that's how I see it. What do you think of taking a "calculated risk"?
