An Evening With The Maine FAQ Thread PLEASE READ BEFORE STARTING NEW THREAD!

I've noticed that a lot of people are asking the same questions and I figured I would make a thread answering all of the questions I've noticed popping up a lot. Feel free to ask questions in here that I haven't answered in this post and I will answer you the best I can. So please guys, let's not make any more threads about these things since this place is starting to get clogged from all of it.

1) What is the laminate for?
a) In my experience, nothing. The VIP ticketing site even lists “commemorative” next to it. Meaning, it’s sort of like a souvenir for you to keep. It won’t get you backstage or anything of that sort. There was word going around that you’re going to need it for the Early Entry portion of your package, which in my experience, probably won’t even be checked. I have yet to receive my email with the details for early entry, so I can’t be sure if the email specifically asks for you to bring it or not, and if it does, its better you have it just in case. But again, in my past experiences, venue’s don’t usually check it and may not even be aware of the laminates so if worse comes to worse and yours doesn’t arrive in time, you should be okay. You can always get them signed!

2) How do the Meet and Greets work?
a) From what I’ve gathered from reading around the net, the meet and greets are basically the guys sitting behind a table and you get on line, and you get a moment or two with the guys to speak to them and get something signed. They have a lot of people to meet on this tour and this seems to be the most fair way to do it with the time that they have.

3) My tickets haven’t arrived yet. What should I do?
a) If your tickets haven’t arrived about 3-4 days before your show, you should contact artist arena at this number (212) 420 8500 and they’ll get you set up with will call. Please not that some of the shows on the tour were will call and that means you won’t be mailed a ticket, your ticket will be waiting for you at the venue.

4) How do I know if my tickets are will call?
a) This is what I’ve noticed about determining whether or not your tickets are will call or not.. if your VIP package came up to 48.50, then your tickets are being mailed to you, but if your total for the package came up to an even 45, then your tickets are will call. If your tickets are will call, that means they will NOT be shipped to you and you will have to pick them up the day of the show. If a parent brought the tickets, they’ll have to pick them up for you since you typically have to show ID and the credit card you brought the tickets with in order for the box office at the venue to give them to you.

5) My laminate/poster hasn’t made it yet. What should I do?
a) I know there was a delay in these things. They were initially supposed to ship June 25th but that was pushed back and we got emails that these things were backordered but they have been sent out. In my case, they were shipped out the day I received the backorder email. If you haven’t gotten yours yet, you can email Warner Brothers wbr@b3custserv.com and work it out with them. Also, your ticket WILL NOT ship with these things, they’ll come in a plain white envelope at a separate date.

6) What do I do about Early Entry?
a) You should receive an email about a week before your date explaining what time you should arrive and where you should meet.

1) 7). What time should I go to wait on line if I want a good spot?
a) Consider this: if you have NOT brought the VIP package, regardless of where you’re standing on the line, there will be at least 75 people going in before you. I say, get there when you can or when you feel comfortable.
