The Maine - New Album 2010?

I'm new in this forum so if this allready have been brought up, then please tell me, and in that case im sorry :)
I've heard from a few sources that The Maine are planning to release a new album in 2010 (summer?). I don't know if they allready have started on the new stuff or anything. Since I don't know much about this, I wanted to ask you guys in this forum. If anyone knows anything about this, please share your knowledge in this topic :)

Ok they will probably have a new album this year. but you shouldn't automatically think summer becasue the dates in AP are tenative. Take last year for example:
Cobra Starship- AP said Feb.-came out August 12
Boys Like Girls- AP said Spring- Came out September 7
Panic! at the Disco - AP said Spring - Didn't even come out with an album
and those are just the few i can remember.

This is true, but release dates are very elastic... y'know? So I wouldn't put money on it coming out at a specific time. It will come, thats all we need. :)
They're writing right now, and are supposed to start tracking in February... At least that's what I collected from Pat and Garrett's chat on justin.tv ... So that's what I know. :)
