New song?

I saw a video today (that was recently posted) of the guys performing a song called "Raise your glass", and i've been trying to figure out the chords for it all day. Im pretty sure it starts out on an E chord with a hammer-on using the pinky. But im not completely sure. If anyone knows the chords or can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
